We here at Herrick Distillery believe in the power of fine spirits to bring people together. Because of this we are focused on bringing the best quality spirits crafted from only locally sourced ingredients. We are searching high and low throughout California for farmers with crops that fit our needs. We hope to build strong ties with the community around us in order to foster lasting relationships to both our suppliers and customers.
